Tip #1: Focus on Identity Gail points out that Identity is knowing yourself and liking yourself. It's the process of becoming comfortable with who you are and learning to accept yourself. Tip #2: Create your Integrity Gail emphasizes you need to live your values. You focus on what you believe in both your professional life and inner life. For some people, the sole focus on financial success puts them out of balance. Tip #3: Honor your Intuition Gail notes that your intuition will express your true path - one of inner satisfaction, peace and elation. Daily, you can experience true success with feelings of elation when you pause to access your intuition. Tip #4: Ask the Power-Question (Identity) Tom asks the question, "If the Genie from Aladdin were sitting right here, and you could ask for exactly how you'd like your life to be - and get it in a "snap!" - what do you ask for?" The process of inner and outer success begins with a Power-Question that accesses your heartfelt desires. Tip #5: Focus on Top Six Targets (Integrity) As a time management expert, Tom encourages his clients to focus on their Top Six Targets for the day. "Two for you, two for work and two for family," Tom emphasizes. Certainly you may do other tasks, but your Top Six Targets make your day successful. Tip #6: Seek Time-Leverage (Intuition) Speaking on "Time Management Doesn't Work - But Time-Leverage Does!" Tom points out that time management violates the principle "Manage things, but lead people." He says, "Dr. King said, "I have a dream." He didn't say, 'I have a strategic management plan.'" Leadership starts with your intuition. What would you love to do - if you knew you could not fail? Take out a journal and write down "5 times I was active and feeling terrific." Notice what brings you joy. Ask many people, "What do you want?" - and they will reply with what they do NOT want. Tom helps clients focus on a "Time-Leverage Turning Point." Here's how it works:
